The owner immediately responded to my email and within 48 hours I had a new set of all weather boards, with a new design, being shipped to me. Returning the damaged boards was super simple, with a return label that was sent to me. I couldn't be happier with how the return process went and the fact that I was able to change my design. Truly the best personalized corn hole boards and even better customer service! I placed an order two weeks prior to our wedding, and the customer service team was absolutely amazing!!! Someone was in touch with us immediately with a digital proof. They ensured we were completely satisfied with the font, layout, wording, etc. before completing our order. We then received the boards within just a few days, despite the company having a ton of personalized orders to work through. The corn hole boards were even better than I expected. We used them as our “guest book” for our wedding, and they were such a hit. Highly recommend!
Bought my second set of custom corn hole boards from Skips Garage. Once again, I am more than pleased with my order. Both times I bought them as a wedding gift. The shipping was very fast and I had awesome customer service. I ordered the boards Oct 1, got proofs of the design (since it was custom) on Oct 3, and received the boards Oct 6th! I ordered them very last minute for the wedding, so I was expecting to give it to the couple at a later date. But they ended up arriving on time because of how quickly they got them shipped out. The boards themselves are very heavy duty and the design was exactly like the proof I was sent. I would definitely recommend Skips Garage. The price is worth it for the quality!
We received our boards within about a week. One of the boards was damaged, most likely from the shipping company. I wrote an email to customer service right away, along with a photo of the damaged board. Within minutes a received a reply and within a week Skips Garage sent us a new board.

So happy with this purchase! Beautiful and very well constructed. Wish we had bought this a long time ago. A bit pricey, but should never have to replace it. Our last one did not fare so well. Better to pay for something that will hold up over time.
These are our 2nd pair of boards and bags we have purchased from this company and couldn’t be happier!! Our first set was not the all-weather material and because they are at times exposed to rain and such we bought this all-weather set which is great! Not to mention the customer service is outstanding!
My husband loves Tiki lure, and I was very excited to see Skip's had tiki themes boards. I think my husband was expecting to open up his birthday present to Steelers boards, so the surprise was extra great when he saw tiki. And the design Skip's did was better than the one advertised! VERY happy!
