A: Due to the personalized nature of custom cornhole boards, we cannot accept returns unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or damage incurred during shipping. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a replacement or repair. Please note that we may require photo evidence of the defect or damage.

A: Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt of delivery. For full refunds, it's critical that the item is in brand new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories. If the item has been used or is missing original packaging and accessories, we may still accept the return and charge a restocking fee.
