Skip's Garage offers FREE Shipping on everything in our Shop!

We understand how important it is for you to receive your items promptly and securely. That's why we've tailored our shipping policy to ensure a smooth, hassle-free delivery process from our door to yours. All orders are processed within 1 business day, and once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress until it reaches you. We primarily use FedEx, UPS, and USPS as our carriers to provide a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including expedited services for those time-sensitive orders.

Custom Cornhole Boards

All of our cornhole sets are custom made for each order, so please refer to the individual product detail page for current production and shipping times. The information on the product pages is updated daily and reflects the estimated time for delivery based on current production times. This is how we ensure the highest quality on every single item we build. We will never rush a custom built set as we pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and the quality of our products. Please note that any Ship By or Delivery Dates are just estimates and we do our best to get items out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Protection

To further enhance your shopping experience and give you peace of mind, we now offer additional shipping protection on each order. This added option at checkout ensures that your purchase is protected from the moment it leaves our facility until it's safely in your hands. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, our seamless claim process allows for swift resolution, often within 24 hours. Opting for our shipping protection is an easy way to safeguard your order and ensure a worry-free shopping experience.

We value transparency and communication, so if there are any delays or concerns regarding your order's shipment, our customer service team is readily available to provide updates and assist you. Shipping Locations & Transit Times

We currently ONLY ship our handmade cornhole sets and products to physical street addresses within the Continental United States. We cannot ship to any PO Box unless you contact us for a USPS quote first. If you live in AK, HI or have a military APO, AP or AE address, please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing an item from our store.

All items ship FREE via FedEx or UPS Economy, which will deliver anywhere in the continental US within 5-8 business days (depending on your location). You can also easily upgrade to FedEx or UPS Ground, which will deliver anywhere in the continental US within 1-5 business days of being shipped (depending on your location). If you need your item faster, please contact us.

Return Policy

Our return process is designed with customer satisfaction in mind, ensuring that any concerns with purchases are addressed promptly and effectively. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to return a product, it's important to know that we offer hassle-free returns for 99.9% of the items in our shop.

Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt of delivery. For full refunds, it's critical that the item is in brand new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories. If the item has been used or is missing original packaging and accessories, we may still accept the return and charge a restocking fee.

Please note that we do offer Free Shipping on all items, however, for a standard return, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We can provide a shipping label at a discounted rate upon request. If you added Shipping & Return Insurance to your original purchase, your return is 100% FREE and we will send you a prepaid label upon request. Damaged & Defective Items

We are committed to ensuring that all customers receive products in pristine condition. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction, which is why we have established a comprehensive damage and defect policy to address any concerns you may face upon receiving your item. Although it is rare, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered!

You simply need to enter your order information along with a brief description of the issue. Photographic evidence of the issue is highly recommended to expedite the process.

Once the claim is submitted, our dedicated team will review the details to ensure a quick resolution. This may include shipping a replacement product at no additional cost or providing a discount or full refund. Our goal is to minimize any inconvenience and ensure you can enjoy your purchase without delay.
